Soon the Fall Sports programs will begin here at the
Academy. I would like to remind
student athletes that you must have a current
physical form on file in the
Athletic Office, signed by your physician. This signed form may be
faxed to 802-751-2117. It is now a requirement for all
Academy students to have a physical examination by a licensed physician
every
12 months. This must be obtained before the start of the season in
order to be
eligible to participate, even in a practice. Another important
requirement to be aware of is that you
must have a minimum of 10 practices before you can participate in a
scheduled
game.
A “Meet
the Coaches” pre-season meeting for all parents and athletes
will be held Sunday, August 15th at 6:00 PM in the Gym.
Necessary paperwork, team specific
information, and school policy are agenda items.
Following is a list of each sport the Academy offers in the
fall, the starting date, time and location of the first practice. If
you have any questions, please call
the coaches listed or the Athletic Director.
